🚚 Shipping Schedule: We ship out from Nashville, TN on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Keep an eye out for those dispatch days!

• Carrier: Shipped via UPS Ground.
• Delivery Time: Get your gear in 2-5 days.

✈️ International Orders:

• Delivery Time: Typically 14 days or more, depending on customs.
• Tariffs & Duties: These may apply based on your government’s policies after your order arrives.

📦 PO Box Deliveries:

• Carrier: Shipped through USPS.
• Delivery Time: Varies, but could take up to 14 days.

🕒 Processing Time:

• Standard Items: 2-3 days processing time.
• Personalized Items: Add an extra 3-5 business days to your order's processing time.

📍 If Your Order is Missing:

• Check with your shipping company first. It's often with a neighbor or marked as delivered by mistake.
• If it's proven lost, shoot us an email and we’ll step in to help.

• Don’t panic, just snap some pics of the packaging and product.
